the eau de toilette is lighter and more watered-down, in my opinion.
i am also fond of light florals... i like daisy, although it's normally better for young girls, but whatever. i also like guerlain the rose and jasmine perfumes. what about coco mademoiselle? it's really nice too.. and miss dior cherie(but it's really sweet and strong, so i would get the eau)

Eau de parfum has higher concentration of oils than eau de toillete hence it is slightly more expensive and lasts longer. Some people find eau de parfum too strong so they prefer edt. In chance, its better to get EDP as EDT last for only a few hours.
Rosa is right, Marc Jacobs Daisy is a good choice. Try the new Ed Hardy fragrances! I am sure you'll like them...The first paris hilton and J Lo Live, Live lux and Glow will also be good if you like light florals.
