fl. oz. is how they measure how much fluid is in the bottle, as they are fluids, hence fl. Theyre basically all the same, perfumes.... and FrancePls tell me whats the difference between eau de toilette,perfumes,oud,itr,scen鈥?etc..Which country is no.1?
i dont know what the diff. is but eau de toilette is french and fl. oz. is how many onces a bottle has of perfume
