the perfume has more oils in it, which helps the scent stay on longer by absorbing into your sweat glands.
i personally always buy the perfume. i think it makes up for the price in the long run because one squirt of perfume a day equals about 5 or more of the toilette.
toilette is when they drown the actually perfume with fake stuff like water and the eau de perfume is the real deal perfume
The perfume one is pure purfume therefore stronger that the eau de toliette which is kinda watered down
