What is the difference between Perfume and Eau de Toilette Spray?

I want to buy this perfume/Eau de Toilette Spray but i don't know which one is better because I don't know what the difference. What is the difference between Perfume and Eau de Toilette Spray?
Perfume has a higher concentration of scent oil, and less filler alcohol, it can last longer because of this. But if you don't mind re-applying mid day the other is fine too. What is the difference between Perfume and Eau de Toilette Spray?
Perfume is the pure, undiluted scent and more expensive.

Eau de Toilette is watered down and cheaper. ';Eau'; means water.
eau de toilette has water making it cheaper because its not as strong where as perfume has no water added and its basically concentrated which makes it stronger. just like detergent, you want the concentrated one not the one that has added water in it.
perfume is the concentrated one, you have to apply a little, not too much.

eu de toillette is diluted, it is not so concentrated
perfume lasts longer.
